Compassionate Care for Individuals and Families in Need

Lev Network supports Medicaid recipients within the Enhanced Population — providing rent assistance, home-delivered kosher meals or grocery packages, and free nutrition counseling from a licensed Registered Dietitian.

Please note: only one form needs to be filled out for any service. If you have already submitted a form for Housing, you will be automatically checked for all services.

Who Qualifies?
You may be eligible if you receive extra government or community assistance, such as:
•    SNAP or Section 8 housing benefits
•    Medicaid or senior care programs
•    Disability support or special funding
•    WIC, childcare, or food assistance
If you don’t fall into one of these categories, you may not be eligible for this program.

Meal Deliveries:
– Monday (7–10 p.m.) → covers Tuesday–Thursday
– Thursday (7–10 p.m.) → covers Friday–Sunday, including Shabbos

All meals are prepared by trusted kosher caterers:
Chicken – KJ Hashgacha | Meat – Solomon’s Beef | All other products – Cholov Yisroel & Pas Yisroel

All services are fully covered through Medicaid — only for those who qualify under the Enhanced Population category.
