Lev Network provides free support for Medicaid recipients within the Enhanced Population — offering housing, rent assistance, and help for those with allergies or environmental sensitivities.

Please note: only one form needs to be filled out for any service. If you already submitted a form for meals, you will automatically be checked for all services.

Who Qualifies?
You may be eligible if you receive extra government or community assistance, such as:
•    SNAP or Section 8 housing benefits
•    Medicaid or senior care programs
•    Disability support or special funding
•    WIC, childcare, or food assistance
If you don’t fall into one of these categories, you may not be eligible for this program.

All services are fully covered through Medicaid — only for those who qualify under the Enhanced Population category.
